The right deck for the load
Flatbed to RGN, we match the trailer to your freight's height, weight and loading method.
Flatbed
The open deck workhorse, loaded from the sides, the top or the rear.
Step Deck
A lower rear deck for taller freight that won't clear on a flatbed.
RGN
The gooseneck detaches so equipment can drive or roll on from the front.
Double Drop
A low well between the gooseneck and the rear axles for the tallest freight.
Conestoga
A flatbed or step deck with a rolling tarp system for weather protection.
Hotshot
A heavy-duty pickup pulling a gooseneck flatbed for fast, smaller loads.
Dry Van
An enclosed trailer for palletized or floor-loaded freight.

Questions Houston shippers ask
What does Passa Transport ship?
Open deck and heavy freight: oversize equipment, refinery and petrochemical equipment, transformers and switchgear, CNC and industrial machinery, buses and coaches, steel, pipe and building materials. We also book dry vans for enclosed freight.
Do you only work in Houston?
No. We focus on Houston and the Texas Gulf Coast, but we move freight anywhere in the continental United States and Canada, including inbound loads to the Gulf Coast.
Do you handle oversize permits and escorts?
Yes. For oversize and overweight loads we arrange Texas OS/OW permits, permits for other states on the route, escorts and route surveys before pickup.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this page or our Request a Quote page, or call (541) 951-4426. Send pickup and delivery locations, dimensions, weight, how it loads and the ready date.
Who are your carriers?
Loads are booked through Armstrong Transport Group's network of 75,000+ vetted carriers. Carriers are screened for operating authority, insurance and safety before they haul.

Yes. Optional add-on cargo coverage, such as all-risk or gap coverage, can be quoted per shipment through Armstrong Transport Group. It isn't included by default, so ask when you request your quote.
What trailer do I need?
It depends on your freight's height, weight and how it loads. See our trailer types page, or send us the dimensions and we'll recommend one.
