Heavy Haul & Oversize Freight from Houston

When a load is too wide, too tall or too heavy for a standard flatbed, the work happens before the truck ever rolls. We plan the trailer, the permits, the escorts and the route up front so your freight moves once, on schedule.

Built for loads that don't fit the rules

Houston produces some of the heaviest freight in the country. Equipment leaves fabrication shops in Pasadena and Channelview, comes off ships at the Port of Houston and heads to plants, pipelines and job sites across Texas and beyond. We match each piece to the right trailer and the right carrier, then work out the details that keep it legal and moving.

What we plan before pickup

  • Trailer selection: RGN, double drop, stretch, or multi-axle configurations sized to the dimensions and axle weights.
  • Texas OS/OW permits: TxDMV oversize/overweight permits, plus permits for every other state on the route.
  • Escorts and route surveys: pilot cars, height poles and route surveys where the load calls for them, including overhead clearances on I-10, I-45, Beltway 8 and TX-225.
  • Loading plan: crane, forklift or drive-on, with securement matched to the piece.
  • Timing: travel-time restrictions, curfews and site appointments built into the schedule.

FAQ

Heavy Haul & Oversize FAQ

Do you handle Texas oversize/overweight permits?

Yes. We arrange TxDMV OS/OW permits and permits for any other state on the route before pickup, along with escorts and route surveys when they're required.

What information do you need to quote a heavy haul load?

Pickup and delivery locations, length, width, height, weight, how it loads (crane, forklift or drive-on) and the ready date. Photos or a spec sheet help us choose the right trailer.

Can you move loads out of state from Houston?

Yes. We plan loads from Houston to anywhere in the continental U.S. and Canada, and inbound loads to the Gulf Coast as well.

Ready to move something big?

Send the load details and we'll get back to you with a plan and a rate.
